Company Members

  1. If you have a subject for discussion on the agenda, contact the President at least one week prior to the meeting.
  2. Contact the Vice President if your company wants to host a meeting.
  3. Refer all Companies and Vendors to the MARES office.
  4. Contact the MARES office regarding membership questions.
  5. Each member company listed on the roster may designate up to three delegates to represent its interests in regard to MARES affairs. Each member company shall be entitled to one vote.
  6. The first person listed on the roster for each company is the primary contact. MARES information will be mailed only to that person.
  7. Members are encouraged to be active and participate at functions, on committee and task forces.
  8. Changes to the roster must be made in writing to the MARES office.

Associate Members

  1. The roster may be given as a resource to Associate members with the following provisions:
    Most members prefer to be contacted by e-mail or mail. Members may be contacted by phone, or in person with a pre-arranged agreement from the member.
    This list must not be released to any non member company or vendor.
  2. Contact MARES office if you are interested in making a presentation at a meeting.
  3. Please keep in mind that some members are part-time or volunteers for their company's programs.

All members are encouraged to bring information for the Swap Shop Table at the MARES meetings.
